Labor Lawyer Sees Herself as a Problem Solver

I really love helping people solve problems. It’s very satisfying to watch the process, watch an employer or employee come in the office, typically anxious, and the goal is the last time they leave they have some resolution and satisfaction and some peace. We are pretty good at that.
